  • Registration: Most brands require you to register your product to activate the warranty. You can typically find registration cards in the “Information & Guides” section of our product pages or inside the appliance itself.

For long-term peace of mind, Kemper Appliance offers extended service contracts that go above and beyond the initial factory period.

  • Comprehensive Support: While many standard extended warranties cover only parts, our protection plans—powered by NewLeaf—cover both parts and labor for up to five years.
  • Seamless Transition: This coverage mirrors the manufacturer’s original terms. If your initial warranty included in-home service, your Newleaf plan will provide that same level of convenience.
  • Exclusions: Please note that extended protection is generally unavailable for commercial-grade equipment, sinks, faucets, and specific accessories.
  • How to Enroll: You can add an Allstate Protection Plan directly on the product page by selecting the plan duration that best fits your needs before checkout.

If your appliance experiences a mechanical or electrical failure during the warranty period:

  • California Right to Repair: In accordance with state law, Kemper Appliance ensures that functional parts and service literature for most appliances remain available for a period of seven years (for products over $100) following the date of manufacture.

  • Unauthorized Repairs: Attempting to repair an appliance yourself or using a non-certified technician may void your manufacturer’s warranty.
  • Commercial Use: Installing a residential-grade appliance in a business or commercial setting typically voids all warranty protections.
  • International Use: Manufacturer warranties are generally only valid for products installed within the continental United States.
