- Cancellation Window
At Kemper Appliance, we strive to process your orders as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel an order, you may do so before the item has shipped.
- Status Check: Please contact our Customer Service team immediately to check the status of your order.
- Fees: Please be aware that a cancellation fee may be deducted from your refund to cover administrative and payment processing costs incurred up to that point.
- Orders Already Shipped
Once an order has been loaded onto a truck or handed over to a shipping carrier, it cannot be canceled.
- If the item is already in transit, the order will be treated as a Return.
- You will need to receive the item and initiate a return process in accordance with our Return Policy.
- Please note that returns are subject to restocking fees and return shipping costs.
- Exceptions: Special Order Items
Important Notice: Items marked as “Special Order” are exempt from our standard cancellation policy.
- Immediate Charge: Due to the custom nature of these products, your payment method is charged immediately upon placement of the order.
- Final Sale: Special Order items are considered Final Sale and are non-refundable and non-cancellable once the order is placed.
- California Disclosure: In compliance with California Civil Code section 1748.1, we expressly disclose that these specific items are not subject to cancellation or refund once the order is confirmed.
